Swarm Card Game
QUICK START GAME PLAY RULES
To win - collect the most Bee Points and Flower Points in 1 or 2 rounds of play.
Decide how many rounds to play - each round takes 15-20 minutes. Up to 6 players can play.
Give each player a 1, a 2 and a 3 bees card. Place the three Bee cards face up in front of each player - this is the player’s “Beehive.”
Shuffle the remaining Bee cards and place them face up in a draw pile.
Shuffle the red Swarm cards (“Swarm” cards) and deal three face down to each player (players look at them and can hold them in their hand).
Place the remaining Swarm cards face down in a draw pile.
Shuffle the Flower cards and place 4 cards face up facing north, south, east and west. Place the remaining Flower cards face down in a draw pile.

ON A PLAYER’S TURN
Step 1. The player draws one Bee card and one Swarm card from the draw piles, if available. If the player does not have any bees in their Beehive at the beginning of their turn, the player draws two Bee cards instead of one.
Step 2. The player may play one Swarm card from the following options, if desired: Killer Bees, Steal the Queen, Bee Keeper, Bear Raid, or Double the Bees, if they choose.
Step 3. The player must (unless blocked by a Freeze the Bees or Rain Delay Swarm card) place two Bee cards from their Beehive next to one or two of the face up Flower cards. If the player only has one Bee card in their Beehive, play the one card.
Step 4. After the player has placed the required Bee cards next to the Flower card(s), if the exact number of bees matches the number on the Flower card(s), the player takes the Flower card(s) and the Bee cards next to the Flower Card(s). The Flower cards are collected in a pile next to the player and the Bee card(s) are placed in the player’s Beehive. If a Flower card or cards are collected, replace with a new Flower card or cards from the draw pile, if any remain.
Play continues clockwise util all of the Flower cards have been collected, at which time the round ends immediately, and the players add up their Flower points and their Bee points. The player with the most points wins.
Swarm cards represent different actions players can take during the game as shown on the card. After a Swarm card is played, it is discarded for the remainder of the round.
